About Disruptors Digest
Disruptors Digest is a UAE-focused business and technology platform providing editorial coverage, profiles, job listings and industry insights.
Accounts
- Registration is free. You must give accurate information and confirm your email address by clicking the link we send you before your account can be used.
- Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may limit or close accounts that break these terms.
Submissions and moderation
Members can submit companies, people, articles and jobs. Nothing is published until our team has reviewed and approved it. We may edit, return, reject or remove any submission. See our User Generated Content Policy.
Packages and payments
- Packages are bought once for an account and do not expire. Prices are shown on our Pricing page.
- A package lets you apply for a set number of Verified badges. A badge is granted only after our team has checked the listing, and may be removed if a later check fails. A Verified badge is not a government certification (see our Methodology).
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; a refund returns the account to the Basic package.
Use of our website
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse it, disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or submit false or misleading information.
Content accuracy
We strive for accurate, up-to-date information but do not guarantee completeness or reliability. Please verify business, financial and investment information independently.
Third-party links
We may link to other websites for information. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Intellectual property
All content we publish, including articles, logos, graphics and design, is protected by intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce, redistribute or use it commercially without written permission. See our Copyright Policy.
Your content and our right to edit it
You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting a company, profile, article, job, image or any other material, you give Disruptors Digest a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, publish, display, reproduce, adapt and promote it on the site and in connection with it, and you confirm that it is lawful, accurate and yours to share.
You also agree that our editorial team may, before or after publication and at our discretion:
- fix, correct, shorten, rewrite, reformat, translate, summarise and otherwise improve or enhance your submission for accuracy, clarity, style and readability;
- check it against sources, add sources, context, labels and links, and remove or soften statements we cannot confirm;
- merge it with, or replace it by, other information we hold about the same company or person; and
- decline to publish it, unpublish it or remove it.
These edits are part of how the site works. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not object to them, that you have no right to approve the final wording, and that you will not bring a claim against Disruptors Digest simply because we edited, corrected, improved, declined or removed your submission in line with this section. You are not entitled to payment for your submission.
This does not take away any right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe published content about you or your business is wrong or infringes your rights, email [email protected] and we will review it promptly under our Corrections Policy.
