Where our jobs come from

Jobs on Disruptors Digest are added by our team, and by employers and recruiters who post through the site. Our team also finds vacancies that are publicly advertised and lists them here so that readers can discover them in one place. We draw on:

  • Employers’ own career pages and applicant-tracking systems.
  • Public job listings on professional networks and job boards, such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Feeds, APIs and listings that employers or recruiters choose to give us.

How we handle third-party listings

  • We write our own summary. We take the basic facts of a vacancy, such as the title, employer, location and main requirements, and describe the role in our own words. We do not copy a source’s description word for word.
  • We link to the original. Every job points to the employer’s own posting or application page, and records where it came from and when we last checked it.
  • We respect access rules. We do not log in to other services, bypass restrictions or collect personal data about candidates or recruiters.
  • Listings must be linked to a company. Every job is attached to a company listing on our site.

Review and automation

Automation may help find and sort listings. It never decides whether an employer is genuine, whether pay is accurate or whether a listing is lawful. A person reviews every listing before it is published.

Freshness and removal

Each job stays on the site for 52 days from the date we list it, or until its closing date if that is earlier. Listings that are filled or no longer available are expired. Employers and recruiters can ask us to correct or remove a job at any time by emailing contact@disruptorsdigest.com, and we will act promptly.
