Editorial Policy

How we decide what to publish, and the standards every article and profile must meet.

Independence

Editorial decisions at Disruptors Digest are made by our editorial team. Advertising, sponsorship and paid packages never buy editorial coverage, a positive tone, or a better ranking in our editorial content.

Our standards

  • Accuracy. Facts, names, titles and figures are checked against reliable sources before publishing. See our Fact-Checking Policy.
  • Sourcing. Claims are supported by sources, in this order of preference: government and regulators, the company itself, then established media. See our Methodology.
  • Originality. We publish original work. Copied or unattributed material is not accepted.
  • Real people and companies. We do not publish invented people, companies, quotes, salaries or sources.

How content is labelled

Every article carries a label so readers know where it comes from:

  • Editorial ? written or commissioned by our editorial team.
  • User Submitted ? written by a member of the community and reviewed by us before publication. Reviewing is not the same as endorsing.
  • Sponsored ? paid or commercially supported content. See our Sponsored Content Policy.

Review before publication

Nothing a member submits goes public automatically. Every company, person profile, article and job is reviewed by a moderator, who can approve it, ask for changes, or reject it with a reason.

Use of AI

AI tools may help with research, extraction and first drafts. A person checks every fact, name and figure before anything is published, and AI never decides whether an employer, a company or a claim is legitimate.

Conflicts of interest

Writers and contributors must disclose commercial interests in anything they write about. We show a disclosure on the page where one applies.

Errors

If we get something wrong we correct it openly. See our Corrections Policy. To contact the team: contact@disruptorsdigest.com.
