Rabih Fakhreddine: Founder and Group CEO of 7 Management
Editorial

Rabih Fakhreddine is the founder and Group CEO of 7 Management, a hospitality and entertainment group that started in Beirut and is now based in Dubai, according to profiles in Forbes Middle East and Entrepreneur Middle East. He is Lebanese. This article collects what those and other published profiles say, and notes where they differ.
Background
He graduated from the American University of Beirut in 2006 with a business degree focused on marketing, according to the university’s board of trustees biography. He began in the consumer-goods industry at Transmed, the Procter & Gamble distributor, before joining British American Tobacco, where he held managerial roles overseeing the Levant.
From a Beirut bar to a regional group
- 2011: opened his first bar, Faces, in Hamra, Beirut.
- 2014 or 2015: founded 7 Management. Forbes Middle East gives 2015 and Executive Magazine gives 2014. Its early venues included Seven Sisters, Antika and February 30, with the Kahwet Beirut café.
- Expansion: a Future Hospitality profile says the company operates in Lebanon, the UAE, Qatar and Greece.
The portfolio
Forbes Middle East lists venues launched and managed under his leadership including Antika, Sayf, The Theater, February 30, B018.DXB, Café Beirut, Black Flamingo and Lucia’s. Future Hospitality says the group has also brought in franchise partnerships including Meat the Fish, Em Sherif, Bagatelle Athens and Scalini Beirut.
The group announced a relaunch of Seven Sisters at Dubai Creek Resort with Park Hyatt, planned for the fourth quarter of 2025. We could not confirm from the sources reviewed whether it has opened.
Recognition
- Forbes Middle East ranks him 13th in its list of the leaders behind luxury dining in the region.
- Future Hospitality reports that he was named in the Caterer Middle East Power List’s top 50 F&B leaders and, in 2025, in Arabian Business’s list of Dubai’s 100 most influential people. We did not find these lists directly, so these items are reported by that source.
Company size
Older figures from Executive Magazine put the group at 270 employees and $13 million in annual turnover, but that article predates the expansion and we do not treat the figures as current.
