Why it matters to Danube

Danube's model is to sell off-plan with a monthly payment plan of 1% of the price, which lowers the cash a buyer needs up front. Rizwan Sajan, its founder and chairman, said the demand reflects the project's location, amenities and design, and he teased a possible second tower with the line "Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost".

In 2026 the group kept up the pace: it opened a sales office in central London in June, and in May it told its more than 6,000 staff there would be no layoffs and that salaries would be paid on time despite geopolitical uncertainty. At the International Property Show 2026, Gulf News reported, Danube led with offers on existing projects rather than new launches.

  • Dec 2025 Shahrukhz by Danube unveiled in Mumbai, then launched in Dubai on 10 December.
  • May 2026 Group tells its 6,000+ staff there will be no layoffs.
  • Jun 2026 Danube Properties opens a London sales office.
