Who runs it
Damac was founded in 2002 by Hussain Sajwani, who remains chairman. She described 2025 as a turning point, with the company moving into a phase focused on large-scale delivery, international partnerships and wider products, and new payment plans and bank partnerships to widen access to off-plan and ready property.
